4. Damaged Items
If your goods arrive damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Please provide photographic evidence and your order number for a swift resolution.

Received the wrong item? Keep it sealed and contact our team immediately. We will arrange the correct shipment at no additional cost to you.
6. Return Eligibility
To maintain hygiene standards, we only accept returns for items that are completely unopened, unused, and in their original factory-sealed packaging.
